July 13, 2026 Dear Audrey, Mark and I cannot thank you enough for getting Caroline’s dream home in Zilker. It’s one of the biggest moments in her life and in our lives as parents to see this dream manifested. It really has a profound impact on all areas of her life today and the years to come. We truly feel lucky and it’s all because of you. You got the first scoop on this house before it hit the MLS and you got her a house which developers had outbid her on! You work magic. You always said the house that’s meant to be will happen. I thought that was a hopeful sentiment, but you were right. And she could not have a better location! Swimming at Barton Springs, running Town Lake and hiking the greenbelt are her hobbies beyond art. This house is something which she can learn how to do DIY projects in a budget friendly timeline too. Last night I walked throughout Zilker and it’s truly refreshing to see how many original homes are still standing (including our first house) and what a calm and beautiful impact it has on the feel of the streets. Thank you for leading the brigade for keeping older houses and enabling people like our daughter to land in Zilker. Our first house was on Treadwell Street, so she’s returning to her roots. What a lucky girl! We know highly sought after professionals like yourself have bigger clients. You could have easily passed on us, but you didn’t and we’re so thankful for all the attention, thought, care, education and time you put in to land us here today at her closing.
