After interviewing three highly regarded agents, we ultimately chose Leah Petri and the Petri Group to represent the sale of our beloved 70-acre Lake Travis ranch with over 1,400 feet of water frontage — and we could not be happier with that decision. This is an incredibly unique and complex property with so many features and possibilities for a buyer it required much more than a standard listing approach. Leah immediately stood out for her deep market knowledge, strategic pricing guidance, and her ability to clearly communicate the technical and lifestyle value of the property to qualified buyers. She understood not only what made the ranch exceptional, but also how to position it in a way that resonated with the right audience. Leah sold the property for a premium price in record time, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Her communication was excellent throughout, her professionalism was unmatched, and she consistently made us feel informed and at ease during every stage of the transaction. But first and foremost, Leah always had, and protected, our interests throughout the entire selling process. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work, expertise, and dedication. We consider ourselves clients for life and would enthusiastically refer Leah Petri and the Petri Group to anyone looking for best-in-class representation.

Would absolutely use Kim and her team again! I had a unique property that I had been trying to sell for three months with only one showing. The moment Kim took over the listing, showings and offers started rolling in quickly. Felt like magic, but was definitely due to Kim’s great skill and effort put into marketing the property. In addition she and her team were a joy to work with, and always communicated well with me throughout the process. This seems like a pattern for her, as she previously sold a property for my parents with similar results and satisfaction.
