It has been great raising a family in the Gahanna area. All of our children enjoyed growing up in Gahanna and did very well in the school system and the community. Gahanna is a great location with convenient access to the airport, Easton, downtown, etc. 4. How do you spend your free time? Going out to dinner with my husband and close friends, spending time with my 2 sisters that live in Columbus. I like to garden, enjoy working out. About Our New Albany Office Our New Albany office is a suburban office with a loft style, and a “chic” vibe. The office has high, exposed ceilings and modern fixtures. It was designed with an open concept that encourages conversation, collaboration, and agent networking. Many of our visitors and staff appreciate the relationship and partnership that we have created with Hayley Gallery, a local art gallery. Their artwork adorns our walls, and changes constantly as they continue to change their inventory. Because of our location and design, we encourage the REALTORS® in our office to sponsor gatherings and community events throughout the year. Our office has been utilized for everything from book clubs and seminars to a psychic fair! The agents in the New Albany office have garnered a reputation as being professional, thorough, friendly, and career minded. Our REALTORS® are very supportive, professional, ethical, and encourage one another to succeed! Although we have newly licensed agents, we are also loaded with experienced realtors that recognize the different technology platforms and training that we offer. This includes lead generation, Cloud CMA, contact management systems with “drip campaigns,” social media marketing, website design, and much more! We found Erin Spalding to be an extraordinary Realtor.

Specifically, Erin examined our property with a buyers' eye, offered staging suggestions, and through her research of the neighborhood she helped us price the home very effectively. Our home essentially sold the first weekend. Having a hectic schedule with elder-care issues and helping with grandkids activities and schedules, the minimal time our house being up for sale was a cherry on top for us! Cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, her suggestions for helpers. Be it banking, vendors, staging and eventually moving. Her immediate communication skills to us and on our behalf will always be treasured. We are proud to call Erin Spalding our friend. Amazing Agent

Linda is absolutely an amazing real estate agent. We were moving from out of town and she took such good care of us through three different visits to look for homes. She was excellent about understanding our needs, making sure that we understood our options, and ensuring that we got the best price for a home that we love. When you spend a lot of time in a car with someone, you really get to know them. Her honesty, sense of humor, and sheer determination to help us find what we wanted were so very appreciated. We cannot imagine having done this without her. In fact, it is very clear to us that we could not have done this without her. She has been in the real estate business in Ohio for decades and her experience shows. Her inspection contacts, her roofing contacts, simply her vast network overall, have all truly been assets in this process. We are relieved to be done and we know that it would not have turned out this well without her insights, expertise, and thoughtfulness. So very glad to have been connected to her for our move. Best Agent ever

Erin went above and beyond for the sale of our house. She had to also do some of the work of the buyers agent, as they were not doing it. It was very stressful and she held in there with us to get things done. She returned all our calls very promptly. We really recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.
