I met Jody in late November 2025. What a nice lady. We were in the process of getting our rental in Ohio ready to sell. Once we contacted Jody about selling our property in May 2026, she put it on the market and it sold within one day and above asking price. The closing process was great. We live in SC and depended on Jody and Terry to assist us in selling our rental home in OH. It sold in one day and for more than it was listed. Throughout every step of this process Nora has been timely, ethically transparent, and overall a wonderful human to work with. We wouldn’t be here without her and I’m thankful every time I look at our “sold” sign in our yard that she chose to walk our line of chaos with us. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. Nora is truly a gem that cares about your experience.

Stephanie’s real estate experience was evident in all aspects of our selling process. From letting us know what to do to prepare the house to sell quickly, choosing the sales price, timing when to put house on the market to be able to stay in our home until our new house was ready, to the quality of our home photos and so much more. All were perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was always responsive to all our questions and helping us decide what offer to accept helped us feel very comfortable with our decision. High recommended.
