We worked with Stephen six years ago to buy our first home and he was wonderful to work with, so we went back to him when we were ready to sell. This was our first experience selling a home and Stephen was once again wonderful to work with. From start to finish, he added value to the process. He helped us pick paint colors, find contractors, and determine what items we should repair before putting the house on the market. He came up with a listing and pricing strategy that created a lot of buzz and got us several showings within the first week and consistent showings until the house sold. Once we had an offer, he provided us great advice throughout the negotiation process and we ended up in a place where everyone was happy with the outcome. We also worked with Stephen to purchase our second home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Columbus area!

Tricia was all-around excellent. Great at communicating, keeping us in the loop with important updates and check-ins. She clearly has great knowledge of the housing market, helped us price our home, and shepherded us through our first time with the selling process. Very professional, but also got to know us and communicated in a genuine, approachable way. Would highly recommend!

Patrick was always professional and helped me to understand when I had questions. He was always responsive and patient when I needed answers. And, for the most part, always gave me good advice. Area for improvement would be to have had a bit of encouragement to consider the first offer that I had which was at a really good price. I know it was my decision to only give the buyers half of what they wanted in remedy, but I wish Patrick had told me to be a bit more patient and think that through. I think I made a snap, emotional decision that I should have given an hour or so thought to. As the house remained on the market, I thought the house should have been staged a bit earlier than it was. I wish Patrick would have been more on top of that. Patrick was on top of getting the yard maintained so that the house looked nice from the curbside.
