James was licensed in June of 2000 and Stephen was licensed soon after in 2001. In 2004 they came together to form the Meyer&Dial Real Estate Team and headed up the sales for 6 new build and condo conversions in the rapidly growing downtown housing market. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, on top of everything, and all around just the best!

Stephen knows everything real estate in the downtown, short north, German Village and surrounding areas! He gets to know his clients, their needs and then finds the exact property that's right for you! He's incredibly efficient with negotiating, get a deal done, and doing what's best for his clients!

Stephen was amazing in all respects when selling my house--he made it super easy!

I originally purchase my house with Stephen and the process was smooth and easy, so when it came time to sell it I automatically went back to him for help. The sale process was just as smooth as the buying process had been. Stephen put the righ tprice on the home, advised me on how to make it show in the best ways possible, and was there for every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want to buy or sell a home, Stephen is your person!

Excellent!

We worked with Stephen six years ago to buy our first home and he was wonderful to work with, so we went back to him when we were ready to sell. This was our first experience selling a home and Stephen was once again wonderful to work with. From start to finish, he added value to the process. He helped us pick paint colors, find contractors, and determine what items we should repair before putting the house on the market. He came up with a listing and pricing strategy that created a lot of buzz and got us several showings within the first week and consistent showings until the house sold. Once we had an offer, he provided us great advice throughout the negotiation process and we ended up in a place where everyone was happy with the outcome. We also worked with Stephen to purchase our second home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Columbus area!
