Not only a great realtor, but also an awesome person. Barb was amazing to work with. She showed kindness and compassion knowing how hard it was for me to sell my long time home. Barb made me feel like I was her top priority. She really went the extra mile to sell my condo by holding open houses and listing on social media. Barb was great at communicating by responding promptly to phone calls, texts and emails. I would highly recommend Barb if you are looking for a realtor who has your best interest in mind

Cathy Fleischmann did a wonderful job for us both as a buyers’ agent and a sellers’ agent. We were first referred to Cathy by a family friend who had worked with Cathy. We purchased our home in Columbus while we were living in another state. Despite the long distance, Cathy was as communicative with us as if we lived right down the street. She did a great job of keeping us updated on feedback, timing, what to expect etc. which we appreciated. She followed through on her commitments and was extremely responsive to us with questions we had along the way. There were a lot of balls for us to juggle, and she was able to keep everything going and driving to the end goal. As it turned out, when we selling our home, were under contract within 48 hours of it being listed. She made what could have been two very challenging moves, buying and selling a home, into moves that went very smoothly and closed on time. I would highly recommend Cathy. She is personable, a pleasure to work with and knows how to keep things moving.

Barb was an absolutely incredible realtor. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions. She’s organized, caring, and I’m honored to have had her as my relator to help me buy my first home!

Communication Style Steve and his team kept us informed and prepared every step of the way. With two kids running around making it nearly impossible to keep the house show-ready, they gave us every trick in the book to make it work. They communicated clearly about what needed to be fixed, how to present the home, and what to expect at every stage. We never felt left in the dark, even during the stressful moments. Market Knowledge We trusted Steve completely and we listened to everything he said — and it showed. The way he positioned and marketed our home in Gahanna was impressive. The listing photos made our house look absolutely stunning, and the result spoke for itself. We had multiple people coming through for every showing and received multiple offers throughout the process. That does not happen without someone who truly understands the market and knows how to make a home stand out. Negotiation Skills Even when offers came in and fell through — which happens and can be discouraging — Steve kept us steady and kept the momentum going. We never stopped having interest, and in the end we sold our home in less than a month at the price we wanted. That is a testament to how he positioned us and how he managed every offer that came our way. Professionalism From staging guidance to showings to the final close, the Schulau Group handled everything with professionalism and care. They helped us present our home in the absolute best light, managed a busy showing schedule with grace, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. We could not have asked for more.

Emily was really able to help navigate the complicated world in which it is to buy and sell your home at the same time. She was knowledgeable of the area, communicative, and was able to negotiate timelines and remedies for us.

Emily responded immediately even if I were calling 15 times a day.

Clare got us exactly what we needed at a speed I can only describe as superhuman. She submitted our offer within what felt like moments after we decided to. She helped us find a good inspector, set up flawless communication with our lender, answered our million questions, and overall was splendid to work with.

Would use him again in an instant.
