Why did you choose a career in real estate? To counsel & assist in helping others to find the American dream of home ownership. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? Resident of Grove City. I love the small town atmosphere, yet convenience of larger city environments. Located 7 minutes from downtown Columbus with easy access to both I-71 and 270, Grove City is an easy and quick commute to just about anywhere you want to go. The slow, structured, and continued growth of our city makes it a hidden gem as a suburb of Columbus. Housing prices continue to be more affordable than some of the other areas making it a great place for those seeking first time ownership, or for those downsizing. We are home to the Lanny Wadkins designed Pinnacle Golf Course, of which I am a member, that provides a beautiful and challenging experience for all who love the game of golf. A genuinely friendly community. 4. How do you spend your free time? I am part of a large Italian family and of course family is very important to me, so a great deal of my spare time is spent with those I love. I most enjoyed spending time with my precious parents who have now passed away, but are still in the forefront of my heart. I enjoyed playing golf, especially in tournaments, as I am somewhat competitive, but not a sore loser! Being a Sales Manager, and a successful Realtor honestly leaves little "me time", as we generally work 24/7, so it is a good thing I love what I do! 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? My most prized possession was a gold pocket watch given to me by my father. He obtained it by trading a Hershey Candy Bar while guarding Prisoners in WWII. This past Christmas I gifted it to my Brother with love as my most prized possession. 6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you? Passionate!

I chose a career in real estate because entrepreneurship has always been an interest of mine, along with relationship building. My mom has been an agent for 15 years, and after seeing all that the industry has to offer, I thought it would be a great fit for me. I am thankful for her advice because I can't imagine doing anything else! I have the honor and privilege of working with many different buyers and sellers, turning clients into friends! 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in Grove City, OH, which is just a short drive away from downtown Columbus. What I love most about this community is the variety of things to do. It has a small-town feel but also a rapidly growing population. It was voted Best Hometown in Central Ohio in 2023! 4. How do you spend your free time? I spend my free time either on the golf course or exploring the variety of events that Columbus has to offer with friends and family. 5. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio since 2004: I have been a licensed Auctioneer since 1998: I am a certified personal property appraiser via CAGA: I was an industrial chemist for 20 years: I founded Innovative Revenue Solutions, LLC in 2011: I founded The Rogers Network in 2024. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I Actually Chose a career and fell in love with the Auction Industry and Real Estate became a huge part of that endeavor. To me it was the most true form of Sales and determination of market value. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in Rural Pickaway county Orient, Ohio. I love the farm community living and yet within 20 minutes of Columbus Metro. I conduct Real Estate Auctions all over the State of Ohio 4. How do you spend your free time? Enjoying sports with my children, eating out, outdoor activities such as skiing, ATV riding, hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain bike riding, boating, etc. 5. I would list photos of my children & family as one but there are thousands, a meteor rock from my Grandparents, a desk plaque with photos of my parents, an old rifle from my grandfather and a box of gifts & crafts of my children 6.
