My first home buying experience was quite the journey, it wasn't a normal, easy going journey as we ran into quite a bit of seller related issues with title, land survey, ect...Nikki is a special person that you dont just find every day, she is very compassionate towards her clients, she kept strong and let her faith in the process guide me when I got nervous about different things, she fought for me every time things needed pushed along, she became just like an extended family member. Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details.
