She brought the buyer to us, we got asking price and didn’t have to live through those dreaded showings. We closed and had the movers packing within 3 weeks of the buyer seeing the house- a week before we were scheduled to go on the market!

Kim helped us buy a house and is helping us move. We had been about to submit an offer on a Friday when she sent us another house that was more attuned to our needs. At 4pm I saw the house. At 5pm we submitted the offer. By 7pm the open house was cancelled and we closed 30 days later. AMAZING!
