That said she brought us the experts to tell us why it was a GOOD RISK! She struck while the iron was hot and the timing was good. We put it on the market and went through the pain staking steps to prep our house of 14 year and get it ready to show. She also took us to see a few houses. At this time if you did not make and offer at the point of seeing the house you lost the opportunity. She found us a great home in the right community that kept us in the same school district and met our unique needs. She suggested a financing person that could talk us though selling an buying a house in this crazy market. He was great. We have now been in our new place for 3 months. We sold prior to the auction and did not have to under go the stress of the actual auction. I believe this was due to Tiffany's Marketing and connections in the market with other realtors! She was able to vet out the right interest and find us the right buyer. She navigated this like a pro and stepped us through it. I was a nervous wreck. This is not a reflection of Tiffany's support it is just my personality on big life decisions and purchases. Tiff got us through it and put us in a great spot. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism and support. In my opinion she was able to thread the needle on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home.
