Dan was extremely helpful in all areas of the home selling process. Before we listed the property, Dan did a detailed walk through and provided recommendations on items to update/fix to help the house appeal to buyers. He expertly guided us when the property received multiple offers. His communication was excellent. I highly recommend!!

Chris is the best. As first time home buyer, he took time to explain every detail of the process. The care he took to communicate and make sure we felt supported, made us appreciate him even more. He was generous with his time, and always willing to make time for us to view numerous homes. Chris has excellent negotiation skills and really advocated for us when we put the offer in on our house. He picks up every detail in a home and gives you space also to see how you feel about a home before giving his opinion. He wanted us to be the ones to decide we loved the home. He is so professional and came so highly recommended to us. He met every expectation and more. Even after we got the keys to our home, he reaches out to see if we need anything.

The Mathias team did a tremendous job with the sale of our prior home! The description of our house, photos and brochures were extremely professional and well done, and made our house look amazing. When we were in the market for our new home we did not see any brochures as detailed or eye catching as the brochure the Mathias team prepared for our home. Their advice on where to focus our efforts to make improvements was very valuable, and they have the connections to make recommendations for contractors to hire to do the work. Our house went into contract with multiple offers the first weekend it was listed. And, when we were caught by surprise with an inspection issue we were unaware of previously, Neil worked tirelessly and skillfully to navigate the issue and turn what could have been a major problem into a win-win for us and our buyers.
