Tiffany Bafford is what I think all Real Estate Agents should be. She took a very unique property like ours and found the right solution. She brought in the right partners and gave us many options to help US make the right decision for our personal situation. That was an auction. If you know me I am not a risk taker! This felt risky! That said she brought us the experts to tell us why it was a GOOD RISK! She struck while the iron was hot and the timing was good. We put it on the market and went through the pain staking steps to prep our house of 14 year and get it ready to show. She also took us to see a few houses. At this time if you did not make and offer at the point of seeing the house you lost the opportunity. She found us a great home in the right community that kept us in the same school district and met our unique needs. She suggested a financing person that could talk us though selling an buying a house in this crazy market. He was great. We have now been in our new place for 3 months. With two kids running around making it nearly impossible to keep the house show-ready, they gave us every trick in the book to make it work.
