He always demonstrated professionalism and a kind communication style that made you trust the process. I liked how I was always kept informed about the next steps.

Tonda helped us understand the market in order to make the best decision for our situation. She fully understood and looked out for what we needed and wanted. She negotiated strongly on our behalf and got us a great deal! Her attention to detail while looking at houses really helped us evaluate each place on a much deeper level. And best of all, she truly cared about the outcomes. We felt well-cared for in the hands of such a warm, approachable and professional person.

John made the process so much easier. I wanted a sewer line inspection done and the company I hired never showed up. He found someone to come out immediately and conducted the inspection on my behalf. Found a local mowing service and had a list of contacts for other jobs. Highly recommend him!

We can’t give enough praise to Marilyn for making the sale of our home as smooth as possible. Right from the start, Marilyn was personable, communicative, and knowledgeable. She had in-depth knowledge and connections that helped to make the sale. Our house had a full price offer even before it hit the market! We are so appreciative of all Marilyn’s hard work and professionalism. She’s Tops in our book!

Emily made our first home purchase so simple. We found our dream starter home in the first week we started looking. Emilys negotiation knowledge, natural instincts and care for her clients made this the best experience ever

Marilyn was a gem. She helped me find my new house on the first day we looked! She guided me and helped me through the entire process from bidding, helping me find a very helpful person with my mortgage, to closing on my new home. She explained things to me in a way I could understand since this was my first home purchase. Then she helped me find a realtor to help me sell my current home. I can’t thank her enough for being so helpful and hands on.

In the sale of my home at 655 E Beaumont , Columbus OH and then the purchasing of my new condo home Jorie was there every step of the way. Her expertise was invaluable. She was very patient and thorough in answering my many questions. She anticipated my needs and was considerate of the fact that I am 80 years old and tire easily . For example selling buying and moving required a lot of E/ signing I was not familiar with , she helped me through the process and made sure I understood the documents I was signing. From physically helping me stage my home for sale to communicating with the buyer to arrange pick up of precious family photos the mover left behind she worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went well. Communications were excellent she was always available and answered quickly when I called ,texted ,or e/mailed. She was very knowledgable about the market in my home’s area. The result of all her hard work was that my home sold for a very good market compatible price. Thank you Jorie I would gladly recommend Jorie to anyone looking for a great home sale agent ! Sincerely, Karen Resch

We’ve worked with Jorie for years, and she recently handled the sale of our home with absolute expertise. She put together a brilliant strategy that generated a massive amount of traffic right away—we started showings on Thursday and Friday, hosted an open house on Saturday, and had multiple offers on the table by Sunday. Jorie managed all the offers seamlessly and kept the entire process completely stress-free. She made what could have been a chaotic weekend feel incredibly easy, organized, and successful. We cannot recommend her enough!

I've had the pleasure to work with Kirsten on multiple housing transactions over the years, both as a buyer and seller. I've found her to be easy to work with, very responsive and a true advocate for my needs with the transaction. When I find myself in need of an agent again, she'll be the person I reach out to without hesitation.

I've worked with Myra twice in both buying and selling my home. I can't recommend her enough. She's calm, collected, and knows how to get the most for her clients. I can't recommend her enough!

Chris was wonderful to work with as we sold our first condo. He went above and beyond in working with our condo association as we relocated out of state. His communication and guidance helped us sell the condo quickly and for a good price. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Columbus area!

Chris worked with us through every step of the process to make sure we understood what was happening and even went so far as to follow up with the condo association in-person when they were slow to respond.

Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our purchase in the Clintonville neighborhood. His patient but down to earth style was perfect for navigating the complexities of our home search. His replies to our many inquiries, questions, and concerns were all prompt, thorough, and very professional. We found it easy to schedule house showings with him and to talk about strategies for preparing offers. We quickly learned to trust his opinions as information or suggestions he provided ultimately checked out to be consistent and accurate time and time again. One of the things I most appreciated in my experience working with Jim was his ability to provide clear, concise explanations while giving us the space we needed to ultimately make our own decisions. Throughout the process I felt that Jim cares deeply about his work. And I’m happy to report I’m loving my new home!

Jim has helped our family with several real estate transactions. He is a seasoned agent who approaches each sale or purchase with great communication and attention to detail. He listens, makes certain he understands, then offers his expertise as the process moves through negotiations. If problems or concerns arise, he has multiple resource's that assist quickly and expertly in resolving those issues. He is well respected by his peers and colleagues. We recommend Jim without reservation.
