I was referred to Tonda, after deciding to make a big move from Orlando to Columbus. I began my search from Florida and Tonda was a dream to work with from day one. She was amazing with communication! Tonda listened to what I was looking for and sent me listings that I was excited about. The market was competitive within my price range and ideal location, but she didn’t let me give up. I just closed on the perfect house for myself and my son! Tonda was the first person to call and congratulate me. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to find that perfect home. Thanks Tonda!
Marilyn was a gem. She helped me find my new house on the first day we looked! She guided me and helped me through the entire process from bidding, helping me find a very helpful person with my mortgage, to closing on my new home. She explained things to me in a way I could understand since this was my first home purchase. Then she helped me find a realtor to help me sell my current home. I can’t thank her enough for being so helpful and hands on.
Chris was wonderful to work with as we sold our first condo. He went above and beyond in working with our condo association as we relocated out of state. We trusted her to take care of things even when we had moved out of state. She had excellent communication skills keeping us up to date on what was happening. She is also extremely familiar with the neighborhood having a long experience working in the area.
We relocated from Colorado back to Ohio in the early spring and I had my eyes set on Emily as our realtor because we shared a love for old homes, interior design, and the "style" I so craved in a house. I hired Emily hoping she's help me stay "in bounds" and take the search slow, not straying until we found one that checked the right boxes. We had 5+ months of shopping and 20+ houses toured before we found ours. This included 3-4 other offers where Emily was usually spot on with what we "needed" to win.
