However, the condo market downtown started to tank. Stephen's marketing of the property was top notch from the start. He never gave up especially on selling the property to the new owners who were not in a hurry to pull the trigger. His friendly, but knowledgeable approach eventually paid off with these buyers. These buyers were a walk-by for an open house, and he was able to turn them into an ideal buyer who are really excited about their new condo.
