When I first met with Mark to discuss the selling of my home I felt immediately comfortable with his knowledge and expertise in this task. There wasn't a question too simple or difficult that he couldn't answer. He was spot on with the asking price and the open houses where we were ask to be out of town. He was always available with any questions we had and made this such a smooth experience. Mark's guidance and help to resolve some emergencies we had before going on the market were quick and calmly resolved.

John made the process so much easier. I wanted a sewer line inspection done and the company I hired never showed up. He found someone to come out immediately and conducted the inspection on my behalf. Found a local mowing service and had a list of contacts for other jobs. Highly recommend him!
