Examples include foundation potential issues, electric panel wiring concerns, neighborhood pros and cons to consider and floor plan considerations. We called and/or text the Davis' through the week day and night regarding questions, showings etc and they would always respond back in a timely manner with an answer. We love them so much, we still keep in contact with them and ask their opinion about home expansion plans we have.
