Barb was awesome. My house was on the market for a second summer season at the lake when Barb listed it. Her advice on how to stage my home was phenomenal. Her comps of the area really helped me understand the amount to list my home for. She has a very direct communication style and will tell you exactly what you need to hear whether you want to hear it or not. She has a lot of contacts and uses social media/videos/photos and flyers to sell your home. My home sold in four days once she listed it. She genuinely cares and really wants to help you sell your home or purchase a new one. She went above and beyond and I wish I had found her sooner. She is an expert in the field and you won’t be disappointed. What I liked best was that Barb gave me advice and didn’t just say I’ll do whatever you wan do and leave everything up to me. She definitely guided me through the process. Barb is definitely your go-to realtor!

Barbara is outstanding when it comes to her real estate knowledge, relaying information about the houses we looked at; and keeping us on top of every aspect throughout our process of purchasing a home. Barbara is always very professional as she communicates with other realtors, sellers, bank and title agency personnel- keeping everyone well informed. Barbara is also a “very patient”realtor, never rushing us to make a decision. She very sincerely wants to find the “right house” for her clients.
