I have now worked with Stacy Taylor on multiple houses, both buying and selling, and she never once balked at any issue during those transactions. Stacy is imminently capable and always prepared for any exigency. She has a creative solution developed as soon as she is presented with a problem, and is always prompt in communicating with all parties. Perhaps most importantly, Stacy genuinely cares for what is both important and best for her clients. If you have a very specific preference about any possible characteristic of a property, Stacy will find something that works for you. Helping people find and then acquire the right house, even if that also includes selling a current home, is something she cares deeply about and that is proven by her behavior and track record. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough such that I’d ever do her justice.

They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. Conner and Stacy are a valuble asset to the Company in my eyes. If we ever move back to Ohio they will be my first point of contact for a Realtor.

Stacy has always helped out my mother when it came to dealing with property! Unfortunately my mom passed and she has been EXTREMELY helpful in getting the condo sold. She even helped me get a bed+bed frame out of the condo when there was last minute mix up on my end. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and smart!
