Stacy is imminently capable and always prepared for any exigency. She has a creative solution developed as soon as she is presented with a problem, and is always prompt in communicating with all parties. Perhaps most importantly, Stacy genuinely cares for what is both important and best for her clients. They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. Conner and Stacy are a valuble asset to the Company in my eyes. If we ever move back to Ohio they will be my first point of contact for a Realtor.
