Jody was wonderful. She was an excellent communicator and kept me informed daily

I met Jody in late November 2025. What a nice lady. We were in the process of getting our rental in Ohio ready to sell. Once we contacted Jody about selling our property in May 2026, she put it on the market and it sold within one day and above asking price. The closing process was great. Jody was very professional and always there when I had questions. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home!

I first met Jody in November 2025 and was very impressed. Jody, Terry and I knew I had a long haul before I could sell my home but we finally got there in late May 2026. We live in SC and depended on Jody and Terry to assist us in selling our rental home in OH. It sold in one day and for more than it was listed. During the closing process, Jody assisted me with closing documents and the closing agents used were wonderful to work with since we had to do everything on-line, they were so helpful. If I had another property in Columbus, I would not hesitate to use Jody and her Team again!!

Working with Nora, this was our first time going through the home selling process. Nora provided insightful data and recommendations that allowed us to feel in charge of the sale of our home. She was knowledgeable, well connected, and very patient with our numerous questions. While we hope we are moving into our forever home, if we had to move again, Nora would certainly be our first call.

Nora is our new standard when it comes to the word “realtor” but in truth she took on so many titles beyond that. Nora was our listener who took the time to learn about our situation (a one year old toddler, baby on the way and a tight timeline to build and sell our old house) in stride. She provided options without pressure to make any decision at any time. She was our cheerleader who confidently led the way as we navigated all kinds of scenarios. She was our market informant who did extra work (often within 24 hours of us chatting) to compare so many markets, areas, listings and statistics to allow us to proceed with the best information possible at the time. She was our reference contact when we needed a handyman or electrician; linking us with genuinely knowledgeable and kind contractors. Throughout every step of this process Nora has been timely, ethically transparent, and overall a wonderful human to work with. We wouldn’t be here without her and I’m thankful every time I look at our “sold” sign in our yard that she chose to walk our line of chaos with us. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. Nora is truly a gem that cares about your experience.

John is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made the process of finding and buying a home simple and he made sure our house was a good fit for us. I would use him as an agent to purchase again in the future!

John was very professional and very experienced. He was able to guide me thru the process and when I asked a question he was very quick to respond He kept me constantly informed. To me he is a top agent and would definitely recommend him to my friends or family if the need arises
