Nora is our new standard when it comes to the word “realtor” but in truth she took on so many titles beyond that. Nora was our listener who took the time to learn about our situation (a one year old toddler, baby on the way and a tight timeline to build and sell our old house) in stride. She provided options without pressure to make any decision at any time. She was our cheerleader who confidently led the way as we navigated all kinds of scenarios. She was our market informant who did extra work (often within 24 hours of us chatting) to compare so many markets, areas, listings and statistics to allow us to proceed with the best information possible at the time. She was our reference contact when we needed a handyman or electrician; linking us with genuinely knowledgeable and kind contractors. Throughout every step of this process Nora has been timely, ethically transparent, and overall a wonderful human to work with. We wouldn’t be here without her and I’m thankful every time I look at our “sold” sign in our yard that she chose to walk our line of chaos with us. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. Nora is truly a gem that cares about your experience.
