Jody met with me 3 months before the listing. We discussed price and preparing the home for sale. Whenever a question arose, my phonecall was answered promptly. When the house was ready for sale, she came to check it out, scheduled photos and prepared a very nice presentation. The house was listed on Thursday evening and we had an offer on the following Saturday morning. I was on vacation then, and the closing occurred 3 days after I returned home I could not believe how easy everything was.
