He responded immediately every single time. Usually by calling and ensuring you understand. Both early in the morning and late at night. His marketing knowledge helped me understand a bit myself. I feel Doug gave his honest opinion about every property we looked at if would be a good fit for me or not. He also told me if it looked like the remolde or if any of the work that was done looked good or if it looked like it was just done quick. He also would let me know his thoughts on the price if he thought it was good or if it was alittle high or a great price. Alway kept in contact with me ( even when I was losing hope on funding a home my self) all in all he was great to work with and it was a great experience for me as a first time buyer with no clue and for that I want to thank Doug for being the realtor everyone hope for.
