I contacted Don Shurts a few days before flying from Los Angeles to Dayton for job interviews. She sent me a list of vendors that made the inspection process painless. She was able to act as my boots-on-the-ground during escrow while I was still living in LA. Despite the sellers firm resistance to reduce the price during negotiations, Cyndi was able to push back to ensure I got the best possible deal. Cyndi went above and beyond to make my first home buying experience practically stress-free. I recommend her and Don to anyone buying in the Dayton area. I will go through either of them if/when I buy again.
