I feel Doug gave his honest opinion about every property we looked at if would be a good fit for me or not. He also told me if it looked like the remolde or if any of the work that was done looked good or if it looked like it was just done quick. He also would let me know his thoughts on the price if he thought it was good or if it was alittle high or a great price. He was alway one step ahead of me always. It just made thing go tgether right. he was good with the figures alway letting me know where I stood on the money.
