Doug and Lisa were fantastic to work with! They made us feel like family from the start and were so down to earth. Their knowledge/experiences and Springfield connections made the process SO much easier. We are excited to continue to work with them in the future.

Doug was always super friendly and professional. Any question he either already had the information or was very quick to get it for me. I really enjoyed working with him on this next chapter and would recommend him to anyone searching for their new home!

He really knows how to treat people very nice man I would recommend him anytime

Douglas presented me with information that assisted me in making a good decision. He was very knowledgeable, great communication & people skills. Very responsive if I needed him and he kept me informed throughout the process. Doug was on top of everything. Before I could ask any/my questions, he had already answered them. This was a very smooth transition and I am thankful to have chosen such a professional realtor..

Doug went above and beyond for me. He was honest, experienced and very communicative in this process. The pictures of the home that he had taken were amazing and really brought out the homes charm. He explained everything down to a T when I needed clarification on certain things and made everything easy to understand. He always answered my phone calls and texts in a timely manner and honestly exceeded my expectations. I would 10/10 recommend Doug !!!!!!

Doug was professional and knowledgeable about the market. As sellers We were very pleased with the outcome of our transaction. We will continue to use Doug in another transaction and would recommend him highly.

Doug honestly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Doug did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. He was professional but not stuffy. He was easy to talk to and explained the process well with each step. He was flexible when we needed which helps with the stress level. His knowledge is impressive and he could not have been more kind! If you have real estate needs, give Doug a try. You won't be sorry!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience using Doug as my realtor! He made the whole process seem so easy. He answered any questions and taught me about the whole process along the way. Buying a home is over whelming and he brought so much ease to me during the whole thing! HIGHLY recommend!

We had a time-sensitive, somewhat complimented situation where we needed to buy a house while trying to sell our old house. Doug provided us with all the information and guidance we needed to make the best decisions for our family. He was able to sell our house quickly, at asking price, and help us negotiate the situation with our new house. He was very knowledgeable, proactive and easy to talk to, making the whole process less stressful.

Doug was super helpful and efficient to work with. With being first time home buyers he made the process easy and we’re glad we chose him to be our realtor!

Doug just wants to get you in the best home for you. He is a straight shooter and is going to tell you what he thinks. Makes the process very easy and guides you through it. He noticed something wrong with our closing docs from our lender and saved us over $4000. Would recommend him to anyone. Very responsive as well!
