I don't live close to the home that Kevin helped us sell and I was not the principal contact. Kevin worked hard to prepare, market and show the house. My perception from a distance is that he pushed for the house to sell, which it did; but that he didn't fight to reduce expenses that were discounted from the final sale price. He was easy to work with and the paperwork seemed streamlined.

He sold us our house a year ago and I still can call him for any info I need and he is extremely knowledgeable but not only is he good at his job but he treats you like he really cares and that is rare these days so I trust him and appreciate him very much and would highly recommend him for anyone buying or selling in the Troy area!
