Amlin Advantage had constant communication and met all our needs and goals. This was a difficult process due to Miami County maps requiring a survey, but we made it through the process and our buyer stayed with us.

Working with Brian and Carli was a great experience from start to finish. They were both incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered questions quickly, and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. What stood out most was their patience, market knowledge, and ability to help navigate some more unique aspects of our sale, including questions surrounding the solar panels and coordinating everything leading up to closing. They handled negotiations professionally and always made sure we understood our options without pressure. Even toward the very end of the process, they remained supportive and attentive to details, helping everything come together smoothly through closing. I truly appreciated the time and effort they both put in and would absolutely recommend Brian and Carli to anyone looking for knowledgeable and dependable realtors.

Carli was proactive responsive and truly went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dedicated and genuinely invested in getting you the best result, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

This is our third time selling a home with Kevin. He has outstanding knowledge with markets and home preparation. Would highly recommend for professionalism and expertise!

Kevin is truly the best realtor around! When he came to check our house out, he was very professional. He had comps ready for us to look at. We agreed on a listing price that we were happy with. He was very positive through out our listing time. Some people are just stupid and he would say don’t let it steel your happiness. He had great communication throughout the entire process. If I had any questions or concerns he immediately got back with me. He truly cares about his clients. Highly recommend!!! 💗🐾🌴

Kevin went above and beyond with making sure everything went smoothly. We had an issue after some inspections and he was at the house in 15 minutes to help figure things out. I would highly recommend to anyone and use him again in a heartbeat.

We needed to sell our house fairly quickly because we had put an offer on a different house. Doug Haney helped us set and reach our goals. Doug always responded promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls. And, the responses came from him directly instead of someone else in the office. He explained the process clearly, yet didn’t overwhelm us with information right at the beginning. He sent us helpful emails as we went along that helped us keep perspective of where we were in the process, and also to deal with the inevitable emotions that pop up during a home sale. Doug was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fantastic realtor!

Doug was very thorough and easy to work with. Kept me informed at each step. Would highly recommend.
