I don't live close to the home that Kevin helped us sell and I was not the principal contact. Kevin worked hard to prepare, market and show the house. My perception from a distance is that he pushed for the house to sell, which it did; but that he didn't fight to reduce expenses that were discounted from the final sale price. He was easy to work with and the paperwork seemed streamlined.
