Don and Cyndi were a great help in selling our home in Beavercreek. They listened to us and helped us determine the best approach in selling. They answered all of our questions quickly. The process was very smooth from start to finish. We would highly recommend them.
We had an excellent experience selling our home with the help of Doug and his team at CBH. Our engagement with Doug began months before actually putting the house on the market and he stayed with us through the entire journey. We had tight timeline requirements where we needed alignment between the closing dates for both our purchase/sale. Doug got the house on the market and under contract within 10 days with a buyer willing to close within 2 days of our new home purchase. Doug's communication is top notch. He routinely communicated with us, even when there was no news to be shared. He was available 24/7 for calls/texts about the various stages of the process and provided excellent guidance to us at each hurdle. Though I hope not to be selling again anytime soon, I would most definitely employ Doug's services again. Highly recommend!
Doug comes outstandingly prepared. He will time after time impress you. He stays in touch throughout the process with calls, texts, emails, and calendar invites to help stay on track and moving along. His knowledge of the market is spot on. He definitely does his research. He doesn’t come and make promises that are empty and used to get your business. He brings data and facts that he can show and explain exactly what he purposing you do. He is very easy to talk with and always responds to messages quickly. Hands down the best agent in the Miami Valley.

This was our first time in the home-buying arena. Don answered every question we had. He talked through a great MANY items for which to pay attention when walking through a home. He talked comparisons between homes when looking at multiple in the same day. He talked through factual property details and provided his own objective point of view for questions/concerns we had. At the end of every day looking at homes, I never felt lost or conflicted about a decision for any home he showed us. During business hours, he responded to texts/emails quickly; he did so even outside of normal hours. He was very professional, even to the point of not allowing distractions when we were out looking inside homes he recommended. I'm glad my wife started our home buying process with Don and I don't think it was luck that he turned out to be as great through the entire process as he was; he's worth a 6th star even if this review site caps at 5. I'm recommending him to all my friends and colleagues getting into the market to buy.
