He responded immediately every single time. Usually by calling and ensuring you understand. Both early in the morning and late at night. His marketing knowledge helped me understand a bit myself. In it for the love of the business, money is just an extra bonus. Goes over everything fully with you regarding repairs and is super honest. Will tell you not to buy a house if necessary, which in my opinion makes a very honest realtor. He keeps everything friendly and professional. Sends messages regarding useful tips and just basic knowledge in helping you prepare. Overall I would fully recommend him and will be contacting in the future. He goes above and beyond in saying “we are not just strangers after you buy or sell a house”. So even after doing business he’s a reliable source of knowledge.
I feel Doug gave his honest opinion about every property we looked at if would be a good fit for me or not. He also told me if it looked like the remolde or if any of the work that was done looked good or if it looked like it was just done quick. He also would let me know his thoughts on the price if he thought it was good or if it was alittle high or a great price. Alway kept in contact with me ( even when I was losing hope on funding a home my self) all in all he was great to work with and it was a great experience for me as a first time buyer with no clue and for that I want to thank Doug for being the realtor everyone hope for. Awesome job and thanks for helping me find the perfect home for me.

Was on top of the market from the beginning. We explored various pricing options for best traffic results. Based on 3 full price offers (first one fell through after under contract, second came a couple days after we went under contract, last one within a week of going live again) tells me were priced right for our situation. Communicated well from setting showings to answering questions we had. Knows the ins and outs of the business and worked hard to ensure we were pleased with the results.

Rosalyn Miller and team were fantastic to work with! Rosalyn was extremely thorough with her communication, knowledgeable about the market, and very professional. She listens well and didn’t try to upsell - which had happened to us with a past realtor. She had great contacts and we had a great experience with her trusted mortgage broker. My siblings and I counted up that she has helped us buy and sell 6 homes collectively, and I’m sure we will continue to go back to her in the future.
Lisa is an AWESOME! The selling of my home was bittersweet as I purchased the home as a single mother of a toddler (who will be 14 in a month) and now as a member of a blended family my home was no longer big enough. Lisa understood my emotions and kept me encouraged. Lisa encouraged me through two failed contracts before my home was finally sold. During the failed contracts Lisa explained what was occuring and what my steps should be during the process. Which was important to me.
