Great to work with when it came to buying the house
We worked with Doug Haney he was fantastic in helping us sell our Estate/ Home that we inherited right in St Paris Ohio! We definitely were nervous and never had this happen to us before and being on a time frame also was nerve racking at the beginning and our 100 questions but trust and believe he answered all our questions and showed us everything we needed to know, Doug came prepared with clear pricing , as a house that sat “as is” he amazed us with his footwork and determination to get this place sold and he did that such thing! At a price we were very comfortable walking away with ! He kept us up to date on everything and made sure we were 100% in good hands! We highly recommend Doug Haney to our friends and family and to you!

She was extremely helpful assessing the cost of potential projects with the property and she clearly brings a ton of experience to the table.
Working with Stacy and Cutler Real State was an amazing experience! Stacy had helped my parents once before and they recommended her to me when I started looking. Stacy is great to work with, even if I dragged her around for a while, but she never let me give up on finding the right home. Being a young first time buyer, The Taylor Team was kind enough to answer all my questions even if silly. The help and generosity from Stacy is what made me not give up when I was close to it during my search. I can’t wait to recommend Stacy, her team, and Cutler to friends and family as well as use their help when I am ready for the next!
