Angela was instrumental in getting our house sold. She helped me find vendors who could help with what I needed to do to make our house stand out. I wasn’t sure about listing it in the winter as I didn’t think there would be much of a market. Angela assured me that there were buyers, maybe not as many as you would get listing in the spring, but winter buyers were seriously in the market. She was right! Don was very professional and did a great job generating lots of viewings of our house. The digital advertising he did seemed to be very effective as we had a high quantity of viewings. It took a while to sell our house because we probably set the price at too high a point to begin the process. That's why I have this as 4 instead of 5 stars. My only critique is that we would have appreciated a bit more push back on our coming in position on price. Aside from this critique, Don was great with communication and being open with us when we needed to reduce the price of the listing. He was great working with us through the negotiation phase, which was complicated by some big asks from the buyers after inspection. I would definitely recommend Don to someone looking to sell their house.
