This home purchase only made financial sense because of the City of Cincinnati tax abatement, and Joe worked diligently with the seller to ensure all of the required documentation was obtained. When the seller chose to submit the tax abatement application on my behalf instead of simply providing the documentation, Joe stayed engaged to make sure the process was completed and that I received the confirmation needed before and after closing. Joe demonstrated strong market knowledge, remained professional in every interaction, and was focused on finding solutions rather than creating obstacles. I always felt that he was looking out for my best interests and following through on commitments.
