Monica laid it out simple and on point about what would be the best plan to sell my mom's house which had a lot of good selling factors, but some negative ones too related to a dated look in the kitchen/bathrooms. We sat down together came up with an agreeable plan and got the place sold in less than 30 days at a great price!
