This is a long review, but if you are serious about finding THE agent, please read!
Monica and Sharon truly have caring hearts. They treated me like a friend, not just a transaction, and were always kind and attentive.
I lost my dad in 2022 and then had to put my stepmother in a nursing home in 2025. What an emotional roller coaster I was on. I struggled because I suffered from profound feelings of isolation and I felt lost, which resulted in me needing an agent who truly could help me find my dream home. I turned into my 6-year-old self again not knowing how to make a right decision without my parents. At the same time these feelings were heightened, I decided to purchase a home in Cincinnati, and I didn't know where to start. I had been renting for the past 13 years, and it was time. A friend recommended Monica Weakly and Sharon McCormick because she used them when she purchased her home. When I got in touch them, they asked the typical questions that an agent asks like, “What area do you want to live?”, “What’s your price range?”, etc., and I expected that. But what I DIDN’T expect and received were two people who within an hour I felt comfortable with, sharing my life story about my divorce, my adult kids, and my parents. I loved the way Sharon would show me a house then ask me to rate the house 0-10. If I rated low to medium, she would say, “This isn’t the house. Let’s go see another one.” Their professionalism is truly matched by their genuine compassion for a person. It was very clear from the start that they care about their clients and go above and beyond to make the process comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend these two ladies for their honesty, transparency, and integrity at every step of your home search.
