I highly recommend Don and Cindy! From our initial conversation straight through to the sell of our home, Don walked us through each step and kept in communication with us. He continued to work with the buyers agent through the offer process and help finalize their inspection to determine what should be repaired. Don was very professional and did a great job generating lots of viewings of our house. The digital advertising he did seemed to be very effective as we had a high quantity of viewings. It took a while to sell our house because we probably set the price at too high a point to begin the process. That's why I have this as 4 instead of 5 stars. My only critique is that we would have appreciated a bit more push back on our coming in position on price. Aside from this critique, Don was great with communication and being open with us when we needed to reduce the price of the listing. He was great working with us through the negotiation phase, which was complicated by some big asks from the buyers after inspection. I would definitely recommend Don to someone looking to sell their house.
