Tony was a godsend. We were transferring from out of state into the area and Tony set up a game plan for us to view homes. He went over and beyond, visiting and vetting homes we liked online and sending us videos. That way we wouldn’t waste time visiting duds on our trips into town. He advised on negotiating. He has a great network of professionals to help with everything (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc). He was in or corner every step of the way. He even supports us after the closing. Kevin is an excellent Realtor, I ran into him has part of seeing a foreclosed property and went on to buy a normal property with his assistance. He has strong knowledge of homes and their components and a background in building which allows him much better insights into the potential things that might be lurking in a home when viewing it. Unlike Realtors I have used in the past I thought that Kevin was looking out for my best interests and had the knowledge to do so. Many Realtors simply "carry the keys" and offer little useful advice, but not Kevin, it is clear he wants you to be fully informed as you make your decisions.
