We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.

In the sale of my home at 655 E Beaumont , Columbus OH and then the purchasing of my new condo home Jorie was there every step of the way. Her expertise was invaluable. She was very patient and thorough in answering my many questions. She anticipated my needs and was considerate of the fact that I am 80 years old and tire easily . For example selling buying and moving required a lot of E/ signing I was not familiar with , she helped me through the process and made sure I understood the documents I was signing. From physically helping me stage my home for sale to communicating with the buyer to arrange pick up of precious family photos the mover left behind she worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went well. Communications were excellent she was always available and answered quickly when I called ,texted ,or e/mailed. She was very knowledgable about the market in my home’s area. Tiffany Bafford is what I think all Real Estate Agents should be. She took a very unique property like ours and found the right solution. She brought in the right partners and gave us many options to help US make the right decision for our personal situation. That was an auction. If you know me I am not a risk taker! This felt risky! That said she brought us the experts to tell us why it was a GOOD RISK! She struck while the iron was hot and the timing was good. We put it on the market and went through the pain staking steps to prep our house of 14 year and get it ready to show. She also took us to see a few houses. At this time if you did not make and offer at the point of seeing the house you lost the opportunity. She found us a great home in the right community that kept us in the same school district and met our unique needs. She suggested a financing person that could talk us though selling an buying a house in this crazy market. He was great. We have now been in our new place for 3 months. We sold prior to the auction and did not have to under go the stress of the actual auction. I believe this was due to Tiffany's Marketing and connections in the market with other realtors! She was able to vet out the right interest and find us the right buyer. She navigated this like a pro and stepped us through it. I was a nervous wreck. This is not a reflection of Tiffany's support it is just my personality on big life decisions and purchases. Tiff got us through it and put us in a great spot. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism and support. In my opinion she was able to thread the needle on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home.
