We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.

In the sale of my home at 655 E Beaumont , Columbus OH and then the purchasing of my new condo home Jorie was there every step of the way. Her expertise was invaluable. She was very patient and thorough in answering my many questions. She anticipated my needs and was considerate of the fact that I am 80 years old and tire easily . For example selling buying and moving required a lot of E/ signing I was not familiar with , she helped me through the process and made sure I understood the documents I was signing. From physically helping me stage my home for sale to communicating with the buyer to arrange pick up of precious family photos the mover left behind she worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went well.
