Stephen Dial is the best! He came highly recommended from friends and they were so right. He took care of everything and he really took care of us. He was always available for our questions and he always took the time to tell us the things we didn't even know to ask. I never could have imagined that buying our first home would be this fast and easy and that's all thanks to Stephen!

We had an excellent experience working with Stephen Dial while buying our first home. As first-time buyers, I went into the process with a lot of anxiety, but the entire experience ended up being shockingly easy — and Stephen was a huge reason why. We attended an open house on 11/16 and knew right away that we were interested. We called Stephen, and despite not having met with him in person in quite some time, he met us the same day to walk through the house. That level of responsiveness really set the tone for the rest of the process. Stephen was flexible, prompt, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout. He also seems very well connected and was able to easily facilitate and coordinate other parts of the process, which made everything feel seamless. From that first showing to closing on 12/15, the process was smooth and virtually issue-free. Looking back, if I had known how straightforward it was going to be, I probably would have stressed a lot less — and that peace of mind is invaluable as a first-time buyer. We’re so grateful for Stephen’s guidance and would absolutely recommend him.

We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.
