While buying my first home, I was not represented by a buyer’s agent. Stephen was the seller’s agent, but he was so kind, helpful, and patient with me throughout the whole purchase process. Any questions I had, he was quick to respond. When the sale went through, I felt genuinely supported and that he was happy for me. We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.
