Real estate teams in OH, 43212

Emily handled my daughter's transaction a couple years ago. We are both very happy with her and would not hesitate to receommend her to others.

Marilyn and her team are simply the best of the best. If you are a seeking professional representation, there is only one realtor who has the experience and network of associates to deliver like she does. Additionally, she is of impeccable character, kindness, and integrity that seems to be rare these days. I wouldn’t allow anyone else to represent my real estate transactions.

Marilyn has all the latest market information and combined with her extensive experience, we were able to buy the perfect condo for us. We worked with her for over a year. She patiently listened to our wishes and honestly advised us on all aspects of negotiations. We will happily work with Marilyn to sell our current home.

2nd time working with The Mathias Team in the last 4 years. Everyone was extremely helpful and able to help navigate the challenging process of purchasing a home in a small but highly competitive market. They were able to provide guidance and advice throughout the search, offer, and closing processes. I can't imagine trying to do this process yourself or with an agency that isn't engaged throughout. The additional networks and recommendations are helpful as well as it's very difficult to find quality home adjacent service & construction professionals. Would highly recommend working with anyone from the team in any regard.

Neil and his team did a great job planning, arranging, and ultimately getting our house and property sold quickly.

We had such a great experience working with Neil and his team! He was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. He kept everything moving and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We really appreciated everything he did for us and would absolutely recommend Neil and his team!

I'm pretty sure Stephen Dial's name belongs under Webster's definition of an AMAZING realtor, if that section exists in the dictionary!! He helped me find my dream home in a very desirable location, and somehow we did it without a bidding war! Absolutely unheard of, and I'm still in awe of how amazing he is. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Stephen Dial made the entire process so easy. He explained everything along the way, and made sure I never felt confused or had any unanswered questions or concerns. I always felt informed and taken care of. I am beyond grateful to have had the privilege of working with Mr. Dial. He's the only realtor my family will ever use! And one last thing... HE'S NEVER ALLOWED TO RETIRE! 😂❤️

Stephen provided unmatched service. We initially found a house that was perfect for us, but due to a change of heart by the seller, we were back to looking for the right fit. Stephen was an invaluable resource in providing input on houses, neighborhoods/areas, risks and opportunities, and overall simplified the process for us (in a very complex search). We highly recommend Stephen for a very thorough, accurate, and seamless experience.

I’m so thankful that we were matched with Stephen Dial for the search of our new home. We were a corporate relocation with no knowledge of Columbus or the market. Stephen educated us and helped us discern appropriate homes and areas based on our wish list. He was patient in finding the right property and is super stellar at securing the contract amidst a very competitive market. He’s the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. He’s very strategic AND can get the details executed flawlessly. I highly recommend him!

Mark Talis is a joy to work with. We’ve worked with Mark several times over the last 15 years. He’s always been patient and shows a strong knowledge of the market. We appreciate how helpful he’s been beyond just the scope of buying or selling a home.

Eric was very accomodating. He went extra mile to help us find a property. I would strongly recomend him for a future buyers.

Working with Eric Hammersmith was an absolute game-changer for us. Finding the right property took us more than three years, and throughout the entire journey, Eric H was very patient, supportive, and dedicated to help us to find our dream property. He never once made us feel rushed, always took the time to show us every property we wanted to see, and provided invaluable guidance on buying. His communication is top-notch—he responded to every single email and question quickly and thoroughly. He is highly knowledgeable, deeply professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Mr. Hammersmith, for helping us finally find our dream property! We strongly recommend Eric Hammersmith to any homebuyer who wants a truly supportive partner.
