That level of responsiveness really set the tone for the rest of the process. Stephen was flexible, prompt, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout. He also seems very well connected and was able to easily facilitate and coordinate other parts of the process, which made everything feel seamless. From that first showing to closing on 12/15, the process was smooth and virtually issue-free.
