From the first phone call with our agent (Eric Hammersmith) his professionalism and expertise of the market was evident. He was confident that we could meet our goals even on a very tight timeline. During our first meeting in person he was patient, professional, and provided data backed analysis on the market we were in. This analysis allowed us to have a better understanding of today’s housing market and what to expect. These numbers were 100% accurate in our case! Exact number of days on the market and very close on expected value we would receive. My family and I couldn’t be happier after working with Mr. Hammersmith.
Tiffany went above and beyond to help us find our next dream home. We were not easy clients.
