Tiffany is a great realtor she helped us. Navigate every piece in part of the buying and selling process. She always went above and beyond even when life threw us a few turn along the way. Tiffany is an outstanding real estate agent. She went far above our expectations! She did so much research of comparable home in our area to help us determine the value of our home. We were impressed with how she was careful to not make our value too high, but also not too low and was sure to involve us in two different MLS markets. We believe that her greatest gift is communication. We texted her with numerous questions and she ALWAYS was patient and kind in answering each one. It was amazing how quickly she got back to us even on vacation! She communicated effectively with our buyers agent and always kept our best interest to the forefront. Tiffany Bafford is what I think all Real Estate Agents should be. She took a very unique property like ours and found the right solution. She brought in the right partners and gave us many options to help US make the right decision for our personal situation. That was an auction. If you know me I am not a risk taker! This felt risky! That said she brought us the experts to tell us why it was a GOOD RISK! She struck while the iron was hot and the timing was good. We put it on the market and went through the pain staking steps to prep our house of 14 year and get it ready to show. She also took us to see a few houses. At this time if you did not make and offer at the point of seeing the house you lost the opportunity. She found us a great home in the right community that kept us in the same school district and met our unique needs. She suggested a financing person that could talk us though selling an buying a house in this crazy market. He was great. We have now been in our new place for 3 months. We sold prior to the auction and did not have to under go the stress of the actual auction. I believe this was due to Tiffany's Marketing and connections in the market with other realtors! She was able to vet out the right interest and find us the right buyer. She navigated this like a pro and stepped us through it. I was a nervous wreck. This is not a reflection of Tiffany's support it is just my personality on big life decisions and purchases. Tiff got us through it and put us in a great spot. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism and support. In my opinion she was able to thread the needle on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. I don't easily endorse sales people especially Realtors!!! Tiffany Bafford has my full endorsement!!! She is the gold standard for what a great realtor should be!

We worked with Tiffany as a first time homebuyer. In our initial meeting she reviewed the whole process, documents we would see and made it very clear she had our best interest in mind. We created an easy working relationship with a text group chat and always answered each and every question we had clearly and quickly. The whole process was generally overwhelming but Tiffany made it easy and manageable. She helped us to understand that what we were looking for was highly sought after by others and therefore we had to move fast. She was great at guiding us through making an offer and what the offer and other details should be. She was great at working with the sellers and their agent to make a deal that was fruitful for all parties.
