Jay Jackson is the most patient kind friendly, helpful, courteous kind a regular Boy Scout and he put up with me searching searching for a place to go and gonna sell no I’m not gonna sell. I’m gonna sell no is it the right time to sell and finally we chose the right time. He absolutely had it down timing wise on the market two days by the third day we had it sold.
