Me and my wife came to Jason needing to be in a house in 2 months. We sat down with him and his daughter and looked at listings that met our needs. That same week we saw 5 houses that had potential and narrowed it down to 2 houses very quickly. Jason gave his honest opinion on both options and helped us reach a verdict on what we wanted. When we went into contingent on our house Jason was on top of things when it came to having us sign all of the documents and keep us up to date on a daily basis with what was going on with the house. Jason also told us what everything meant that we were signing (because we were first time home buyers we were not sure what anything meant). He was very kind and always had a smile on his face throughout the entire process. Once closing day came on the house, Jason was just as excited as we were and it felt like he was part of this family that was looking for this house. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.
